Lambda Center Members Area

Lambda Center is a Texas Non-Profit Corporation that owns Lambda Center Houston, 1201 West Clay, Houston, Texas 77019. The purpose of the Corporation is specified in its Bylaws:

  1. To Provide a Meeting Place for Lambda Center Groups: To provide a Meeting Place for Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon and Crystal Meth Anonymous twelve step Groups identifying themselves primarily as Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and/or Transgender [hereinafter, “Lambda Center Groups”].
  2. To Welcome Newcomers: To attract and welcome newcomers to Lambda Center Groups and to encourage interest in Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon and Crystal Meth Anonymous twelve step Programs.

Lambda Center is a very vibrant community, with daily meetings and frequent events. Please use this area to find out more about Lambda, read our Newsletter, and support us by becoming a Member.

Please note that you don't have to be a Lambda Center Member to participate! Although our Purpose is to host “Groups identifying themselves primarily as Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and/or Transgenders,” all are welcome, regardless of sexual orientation. Please feel free to make Lambda Center your home in sobriety.
